Terms & Conditions for Gift Vouchers: 
1. After purchased the voucher you will received an email ( within 24 hours) with  a confirmation and voucher is ready to print.
2. Gift certificates expire exactly 5 years from the purchase date.
3. You have the right to request a refund for unused gift vouchers without giving reason  within the 14 day cancellation period. 
4. Gift Vouchers are not transferable to cash and no change can be given on remaining  amounts left on the gift card, it will remain as credit on your file connected to the Voucher code to be used at a later point on your next service. 
5. If a client is paying for a treatment with a gift voucher and the client is a ‘No Show’ or has  a “late cancellation’ (refer to cancellation 

    policy), than 50% of the voucher will be taken as  a fee.
