Facial Reflexology

Facial reflexology works on the same principles as foot reflexology, but the treatment focuses on reflex points on the face. It based on the theory that areas of your face are connected to areas of your body, and stimulating them improves underlying energy imbalances and it helps connect to the body’s neuro-pathways to rebalance and revitalise the body and mind.   Facial Reflexology can be very powerful, due to the faces close proximity to the brain and central nervous system.

The unique benefit of Facial Reflexology is that as well as improving your health and well being on the inside, it also helps you look better, younger and have a healthy glow on the outside. Facial Reflexology stimulates blood flow, which may help tone the facial muscles and just one treatment should leave you with an enhanced healthy glow!.

The aim of Facial Reflexology is to help to reduce the symptoms and effects of many common ailments and conditions including the following:

- stress,
