Foot Reflexology

Reflexology is one of the most powerful holistic therapies to stimulate the body’s own healing system. Reflexology applies pressure to a range of particular points on your feet that correspond with all the organs, glands, tissues and muscles in your body. It stimulate more than 7,000 nerve endings in the feet.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM REFLEXOLOGY?
Reflexology is a non-invasive, safe, and effective treatment. Your feet are the only areas being treated, there is never any need for removal of clothing. A reflexology treatment generally lasts for about one hour. You will be invited to lie on a comfortable treatment couch.
On the first visit, I will chat with you about your general health and lifestyle. Please to note that reflexology is not a foot massage. I may massage your feet a little to relax you before they start, but the technique itself is about applying firm pressure to specific points on the foot.
You are likely to feel very relaxed after a first session. I recommend a weekly sessions, for three to six weeks is usually required. You may expect to see some improvement after three treatments, whether it is small or great.
