​Cancellation / Late  Policy 

Kindly review the house rules below before scheduling an appointment. By booking a treatment at Tranquil Heaven you are accepting the house rules/terms and conditions.

Tranquil Heaven is a small massage practice and during busy times, space is limited. In order to provide you and others with excellent service and access to appointments during peak times I have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact me preferably up to 12 hours before the appointment. You can contact me via phone (call or text message) or online by email. Payment is possible in cash, debit card or credit card or PayPal.  

 

If you are unable to give your therapist a reasonable time of advance notice you may be charged 50% for your missed appointment.

No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged as well 50% of the  amount for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.

At the first appointment we will have a short intake conversation (consultation form). All the informations is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Please mention before the massage treatment if I should be aware of health issues, medical or psychological records or other issues that may be of importance.

If you are under medical treatment and/or use medicine of any kind, please always negotiate with your doctor if you are allowed to receive a massage treatment. In cases of doubt about a contraindication it is possible that a treatment/massage may be waived. 

Please arrive for your appointment on time or 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to relax change clothing and prepare for the treatment. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a more relaxed experience. If late arrival is unavoidable, your treatment may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

 Appointments can be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will not receive extension of time from scheduled appointment duration. In certain cases, and when my schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be done only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.
